Please note that the Clinic is closed from Saturday 23rd December 2023 and opens again on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. We will monitor emails over this period and will respond to all enquiries as soon as we can.

Location
The Spine Team is located at East Barn, Lychpit Centre, Great Binfields Road. Lychpit is a pleasant suburb to the East of Basingstoke Town Centre and adjoins Chineham and Old Basing. There is ample parking including three disabled bays at the top of the car park between Tesco Express and the Cromwell Inn Balti restaurant, we are in the square accessed on foot from the car park, or use the steps by Tesco, behind the Cromwell and the Parish Hall.
By Car
We are easy to find off the Lychpit end of the Great Binfields Road near the Tesco Express (not the main Tesco supermarket at the Chineham Shopping Centre). If you are using a ‘satnav’ please use the postcode RG24 8YL.

By Bus
We are on bus route 14, the Cromwell Inn stop, 8 mins from the bus station, please check times of the service using the Stagecoach Timetable.
By Train
We are about a mile and a half from Basingstoke station which is close to the bus station (Stagecoach Timetable) or a short taxi ride.

Reception times are 10am to 2:45pm Monday to Thursday when Deborah will be happy to help with any questions, at other time Gordon or Annette will try and take your call.

Please note that calls are only monitored during opening hours but emails to <info@spineteam.co.uk> will be responded to at other times.
Opening Hours
The Spine Team believe that for treatment and management of back pain to work it must be convenient and practical, we therefore offer early morning appointments from 7am, appointments over lunchtime to reduce time out of work, and late appointments to 8pm.

Friday 07:00 to 14:00
Please note that we have no clinic on either Monday or on Friday afternoon and we are not open at the weekend
